Terms of Hire - Please read these before completing checkout

There is a minimum hire fee of £60

If your basket does not reach this amount then we will not be able to fulfill or dispatch the order and you will be refunded

Please return items in the condition that they were hired to you in.

Do not put any dirtying down sprays or paints onto the hire items - they do not wash off. If you wish to purchase the item at its full price replacement value then please contact us to check if that is possible BEFORE damaging or altering the appearance of the item. Some items are not easily replaceable as the collection has been built up over many years. 

Please ensure that you have your own insurance to cover the loss or damage of the items.

Each item has a full-price risk value which is the replacement cost charge for any lost or damaged items. Please inspect the condition of the products on receipt and if there is any alteration to the condition as seen online then please tell us immediately. We ask for card details to be provided upon hire in case of any loss or damage, but your card will not be charged without notifying you first.

Loss, Damage & Cleaning

Please notify us straight away of any loss or damage. Please do not attempt to repair, we will send a quote for the replacement value and your card will be debited as per the risk value, after notifying you. Please return worn, soiled items in the separate bag provided. If you need to clean any of the items yourself before returning then please let us know first. Use a non-bio detergent and be careful to read the care label

Extending hire or making changes to the booking once placed

Please contact us to check if an item will be available for additional weeks beyond the 15 day maximum hire period. Where an item has already been booked then we will need it to be returned for cleaning before its next booked rental hire period. Once a sale has been processed it may not be possible to amend your order, please contact us to check if an item can be swapped for another item.

Collection only we do not offer postage or shipping

Items can be collected in person or you can arrange your own courier. The items will be available to collect from the date requested in the calendar when booking
